What this program covers:
Over two days and 8 structured sessions, you'll learn how to use AI tools on the operational side of your practice, without compromising client confidentiality, professional ethics, or independent clinical judgment.
This training covers prompting frameworks for non-clinical documents, internal AI usage policies, standard operating procedures, HIPAA-relevant compliance considerations, documentation systems, and leadership communication within counseling organizations.
This is not a clinical training. It does not address diagnosis, treatment planning, or therapeutic interventions. It is focused entirely on the administrative, operational, and leadership work that takes up hours of your week, and rarely gets this kind of structured support.

Every participant will leave with practical tools built during the training, not just notes from a lecture.
That includes a structured prompting framework you can use immediately, a draft internal AI usage policy for your practice, a written SOP built using AI-assisted workflow mapping, and a clear implementation plan for integrating these systems responsibly. You'll also walk away with a sharper understanding of where the ethical lines are, and the confidence to navigate them.
