I see what's invisible to others. While most consultants follow a checklist, I'm reading the room at multiple levels simultaneously - verbal, non-verbal, what's said, what's NOT said. I'm synthesizing communication patterns in real-time to understand the actual dynamics at play.

Within minutes of walking into a room, I'm tracking:

  • Body language and spatial dynamics between team members

  • The emotional temperature of the room (reserved, defensive, defeated, curious, excited)

  • How the leader positions themselves and me

  • What's being said AND what's conspicuously NOT being said

  • How people are watching me and why

Most consultants need weeks of assessment.

I can diagnose the actual problem (not the stated problem) in one session.
