I'm based in Houston, and for the past 12 years I've run my own business, after five years at the University of Houston. Along the way I earned my M.S.Ed. in Educational Psychology from Baylor University, served three years on the board of the Baylor Women's Council for Houston, and now serve as President of AMA Houston (so yes, I've seen a lot of teams from the inside).
