The AI Opportunity Audit
Find what's breaking. Fix it fast.
Know what to build next.
A diagnostic engagement for leaders who know AI could help but don't know where to start and don't want to spend months figuring it out. In about two weeks, we find the work that should be automated, design the solution, and ship the first piece of it.

Six deliverables.
Two weeks. One clear path forward.
90-min pain excavation call
We start with a real conversation about what's actually breaking. Not a form or a checklist. What's costing you time, what's bottlenecking at you, what you're tired of dealing with.
2–3 hr process walkthrough
A recorded observation of how the work actually happens, not how it's supposed to happen. You keep the recording for your own reference.
Diagnostic scoring report
Your top 10–15 processes scored for AI fit, ROI, and implementation complexity. Prioritized in the order they should be addressed, with clear reasoning for each.
Written audit and roadmap
A designed solution document, not a list of opportunities. What to build, in what order, and why. Yours to keep and act on regardless of what comes next.
One scoped quick-win project Included
A contained AI project built and handed off before your debrief. So you see something working, not just a report about what could work.
45-min debrief and roadmap walkthrough
Walk through every finding together. Leave with a clear picture of what to build next and a defined path forward, with no ambiguity about next steps.
About two weeks.

Everything is scoped and contained. No open-ended commitments, no homework for you, no waiting months for results.

Pain excavation conversation
We start with what's actually weighing on you, then map operational reality against that. Most AI consultants start with your processes. We start with your pain. The difference shows up in the quality of what gets built.
Process walkthrough and diagnostic scoring
A recorded observation of how work actually flows, not how it's supposed to. From there, your top 10–15 processes are scored for AI fit, ROI, and implementation complexity, and ranked in the order they should be addressed.
Written audit and one scoped quick-win project
The full audit is delivered in writing: a designed solution, not a menu of options. Alongside it, one contained AI project is built and handed off. You can see something working before we even sit down to debrief.
45-min debrief and roadmap walkthrough
Walk through every finding together. Leave with a clear picture of what to build next and a defined path forward. If we're a fit to keep working together, the next step is clearly defined with no ambiguity.
The right fit
on both sides.
You're running a team of 10–30 people with enough moving parts that manual drag is a real leadership cost
You're at $500K–$15M in revenue and have hit the ceiling of what stacked tools and spreadsheets can hold
You want it implemented, not taught. You don't have time to learn how to build AI systems yourself
Work keeps bottlenecking at you and you want a system that runs without you in the middle of it
This is
not for you if
You want to learn how to build it yourself
There are excellent resources for that: courses, communities, documentation. This engagement is for leaders who want a comprehensive solution implemented, not a curriculum delivered.
You need a quick technical fix
The audit starts with a real conversation about what's weighing on you and maps the human side of the work alongside the technical. If you need a developer to execute a spec you've already written, that's a different engagement.

The audit is a complete engagement on its own. If the work we do together is a strong fit, there's a natural path to implement the full solution.
No tier is sold inside another. The next step is offered after value is demonstrated.

The human pieces
most AI consultants miss.
Twenty years of team dynamics work and an M.S.Ed. in Educational Psychology means this audit catches what a pure tech consultant won't: the trust costs between teams, the adoption risks that kill good tools, and the leadership capacity returns that matter as much as the hour savings.
The deliverable is a designed solution, not a menu of options. Built by someone who has spent two decades understanding how teams actually work before the AI is even introduced.
Starts with pain, not process
Real conversation first. Operational audit second.
A solution, not a report
Something is built and running before the debrief.
Designed for adoption
Built with team dynamics in mind from day one.
Words from people
who've worked with Catrina.
"Yesterday went better than I had even hoped. You have such a calming presence and make people feel comfortable to open up. That is a gift not many people have."
"I'm now able to delegate to my team and focus on the big picture. I feel confident that when I need to hire again, I know exactly who I'm looking for."
"Catrina showed up with curiosity and knitted our thoughts together. We discovered shared interests, celebrated unique strengths, and cultivated a sense of purpose in our work."

hello@happyteams.net →The exact investment ($3,500–$5,000) is determined during the 30-minute fit call, based on team size, process complexity, and the scope of the quick-win project. You'll know the number before you commit to anything.
It's one contained AI project scoped during the observation phase that we can build and deliver within the audit window. Functional, handed off, and usable from day one. Not an open-ended build.
No prep required for the fit call. For the process walkthrough, you'll want your team's usual workflow available: tools, documents, however the work normally happens. We'll coordinate specifics after the kickoff call.
Yes. The audit works fully via Zoom. In-person is available for Houston metro clients who prefer it, but the process and deliverables are identical either way.
50% is refundable up to 48 hours before the kickoff call. After that, the engagement is underway and the refund window closes.
The audit is a complete engagement on its own. You walk away with a roadmap and a working AI project regardless of whether we keep working together. If we're a strong fit, the natural next step is the AI Solutions Build, where the full roadmap gets implemented.
Ready when you are

The first step is a 30-minute fit call to see if the work we do is the work you actually need. If it's not a fit, we'll say so.
